The X-Series bows and the Archery Research Velocity are completely
field serviceable. You do not need a bowpress to remove the
strings and cables. Bows with Hypersplit Pockets (X-Force, Firestorm X, Mossy Oak X by PSE) must be serviced in a bowpress and require special consideration. Due to the advanced designs of these bows
we recommend only using an approved bowpress if you desire to
press these bows. Use of a non-approved
bowpress WILL result in damage to your bow.
