Hattiesburg, Mississippi was the second stop on the ASA Pro-Am tour and team PSE showed up in full force. Chance Beaubouef shooting his Money Maker X shot a very strong opening round 212 to find himself in 4th place. Chance was 10 points behind the leader, but knew if he could put together another good day that he would be very much in striking distance. On day two Chance shot another 212 giving him a 424. This put Beaubouef in a 2nd place tie only two points the leader. Nathan Brooks, also shooting a Money Maker X shot an incredible Sunday score of 218 to put him in a 2nd place tie with Chance as well. In the pressure point shoot down round Chance continued his strong performance shooting all 10’s and a 12 to put him in a tie for first place going into the final arrow. Nathan also shot strong and went to the final arrow only 2 points behind. On the final arrow Brooks went for it all, shooting for a 14, but narrowly missed for an 8, giving him in 4th place. Chance shot a 10 on his final arrow giving him the victory. PSE pro staffer Adam Hayden, shooting his Mossy Oak X also had a strong showing finishing in 9th place. Congratulations Team PSE. |
